Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. We provide stays in the base room category, and if your preferred hotel is unavailable, we arrange a similar category hotel. In Kedarnath, accommodation is basic with limited amenities.

Booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment and hotel availability. Prices are valid for 10 days from the quotation date.

Yes, visits to Lakhamandal, Trijuginarayan, Auli, Chopta, and Kalimath are available at an extra cost.

AC vehicles are provided for the plains, but they will be non-AC in hilly areas for safety and performance reasons.

We are not liable for any delays, trip alterations, or extra expenses due to natural hazards, weather conditions, landslides, roadblocks, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Vehicles do not operate after 8:00 PM, and all traffic rules must be followed. If parking is unavailable near hotels, guests may need to walk a short distance. In some locations, private vehicles are restricted, and guests must take autos or e-rickshaws at their own expense.

Meals are provided as per hotel policy, either as a buffet or room service. Hotel check-in is at 1:00/2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00/11:00 AM. Early check-in depends on availability.

In case of a major breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle as soon as possible. For minor issues, the vehicle will be repaired on-site. Your cooperation is appreciated in such situations.
